Keen football fan Zhang Lijun has spent the last three years training her pet cockerels to play football. Lijun, of Shenyang, northern China’s Liaoning Province, discovered that her feathered charges were fleet of foot when she picked up a discarded football from the roadside and brought it home for her cockerels. The birds took a shine to the ball instantly and can now play with it for hours
