If this view is accepted, then we all might as well pack up and go home. If the Motion Picture Association of America does not need any evidence to sue over copyright infringement, then is anyone safe who uses the internet?
Maybe if this is accepted, we should form a class action against the MPAA… I mean, if no evidence is required to prove copyright infringement then they should be guilty of as any body esle could be. I am sure we can “prove” that there are cached coppies of our websites and other online material on their servers and work stations. Who’s to say that they are innocent. Certainly not the MPAA.
